Unable to start tfa

Just installed AHF 20.1, however it seems that it won't start

[root@oracle.ahf]# tfactl enable

TFA autostart has been enabled ..

[root@oracle.ahf]# tfactl print status

TFA-00002 Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) is not running

[root@oracle.ahf]# tfactl start

Starting TFA..

Waiting up to 100 seconds for TFA to be started..

[root@ oracle.ahf]# tfactl stop

Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) is already stopped

Any ideas? The install went without errors.

[root@s0vlporcldb1 oracle.ahf]# ./ahf_setup
