E1:Interactive Application get processing non stop

Dear Experts ,

I am facing poor JDE response, all users all interactive application are getting processing.

Afer have a look inside server manager, found something that I don't know.

User = anonymous; Is this possible happen from non-native JDE activities?

Has anyone experienced this kind on anonymous before?
