Inbound Transmission to Update Trade Transaction Status Does NOT Work

in Oracle Global Trade Management (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We have use case where external system to send Trade Transaction for screening. Once done, at certain point external system to send a Status Update to close that trade transaction. The way to close it was supposed to be a simple xml with 1) Trade Transaction ID 2) Status Type TS_STATUS 3) Status Value CLOSED. However that just did NOT work. No matter how we try, the status value in GTM stuck on the initial value "BOOKED". We are very sure that the transmission came in properly as it update other info, e.g. RefNums.

We tried Transaction Code IU, that didn't update Status. We also tried Transaction Code RC with ManagedChild "Status", that didn't work either.
