Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I plan to upgrade my database 12c (12.1.0.2) to 19c. I know there are many options please need help with steps-by-steps using DBUA or manual upgrade.
