EM Release Update 2 Available for Version 13.4 (13.4.0.2)

EM 13.4 Release Update (RU) 2 is now available for download through My Oracle Support.

(note that RU replaces PSU and Bundle Patch terminology):

  - Enterprise Manager 13c Release 4 Platform Update 2 (13.4.0.2) (OMS Patch 31146297)
  - EM Agent Platform Release Update 2 (13.4.0.2) (Agent Patch 31140436)

Patch 31146297 includes all updates to the OMS and OMS-Side Plug-ins.
This single patch replaces the former OMS PSU, which updated the OMS only and the OMS-Side System patch, which updated the OMS-Side Plug-ins.
