Windows Server 2016 Standard

Oracle RAC Database Enterprise Edition 12.2.0.1.200414 (APR-14-2020)

I have stopped all databases in the DB_HOME.

And tried to apply "Patch 30980615: JDK BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.0.1.200414" (APR-14-2020)

$ cd \oraadmin\PATCHES\JDK\30980615

$ %ORACLE_HOME%/OPatch/opatch apply -local
