Which Oracle Forms Builder should I download to convert Oracle Forms 6i to Forms 12c?

Could any of you tell me which one of the following two Forms Builder versions I should download to migrate our current forms 6i to 12c:

p.s. Also please let me know if you have any success on migrating Oracle Forms 6i to 12c.  I would love to hear from you about your success story!
