Default W4 Revision Year

Hello,

How do we setup up the W4 Revision Year(W4REVYR) in Employee Tax Overrides(P060120) to default to 2020?

In Work With Data Dictionary Items I set the Default Value to 2020 and cleared the cache, but the Employee Tax Override program does not seem to take.

Am I missing a step?

Appreciate any help on this.
