Sales order will be in backorder

Hi,

I have come to a scenario where I need to configure system, as soon as sales order get register quantity will show in future commitment if promised date will be greater than Specific commitment (Days) in B/P constant, it's working. Now one more requirement need to configure that even if stock is available order must go into back order. And will be release using R42118 or P42117(Back order release program).

Is this possible.
