How to apply Coherence 3.7.1.18 Patch 31030847 for Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.6 in E-Business Suite

Hi,

I am using E-Business Site 12.2.8,

According to Doc ID 2633852.1 Critical Patch Update (CPU) Program Apr 2020 Patch Availability Document (PAD),

Section 3.3.47.4 Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.6, it need to apply the patch "Coherence 3.7.1.18 Patch 31030847"

From the read me of the patch, it said copy the files in the Oracle Home.

It does not have directory ORACLE_HOME/coherence_3.7 in APPS tier.

Where to put the files?

Any extra steps need to perform?
