Tuition Earnings - Can the system be set up to alert you when limit is exceeded? If so, what does t

We have the non taxable tuition earnings setup with Maximum Yearly Earnings 5250.00 on Calculation tab on Earnings Table.  If more than $5250.00 is submitted it only calculates $5250.00 but doesn't provide an alert to let the user know that the remaining was not applied.  Is there a way to set it up to alert that the remaining amount needs to be reviewed or applied to taxable earnings?
