Feedback on Application upgrade to EBS 12.2.8 or 12.2.9

We are planning to upgrade our application from 12.1.1 to either 12.2.8 or 12.2.9. We would like to know what has been the experience of customers who have moved to these versions with respect to bugs, application stability and is there any area of concern especially in the Procurement modules.
