Can you please suggest if we need to apply any EBtax patch which is mandatory for vertex O-Series 9

currently we are upgrading to vertex O series 9 from vertex o series 7 & Oracle E business version is 12.1.3.  Can you please suggest if we need to apply any EBtax patch also which is mandatory for vertex O-Series 9 upgarde.
