Active Users and other RDF reports are running forever without showing anything in output file

Hi ,

We have been facing the issues with all RDF programs in our cloned EBS instance ( 12.2.5) . Active Users and other reports are just running forever and there is nothing in the output file.

While running it via appsrwrun.sh , it completes without any issue within a few seconds. However if we submit it via CONCSUB it again stays stuck.

Please help as we have not been able to use the servers because of this and had to move this instance to another host for the time being.
