Serial control being changed to at sales order issue from at receipt causing serials failed in IB

Dear All,

We have a requirement to convert serial control for an organization and hence all the items in the organization has to have their serial control changed from At Receipt to At Sales Order Issue but we need to retain the same serial numbers. We performed the below steps.

1. Issue out the item from the Inventory

2. Instance in IB was expired and we unexpired it.

3. Change the Item Attribute to At Sales Order Issue

4. Change the status of the serial to Defined, But not used

5. Receive the item

6. Create a Sales Order, Pick and Ship.

All looks good In Inventory but we see the transaction is stuck in error in IB with the error message
