Setting up FSA on OAB 12.1.3

Is there a document with screenshots on how to set up a FSA plan on OAB?

I found the following paragraphs on the subject, but without any screenshot and important information, it is not much help.

Setting Up Flexible Spending Accounts

To set up a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), create two elements, a plan with no options, and two standard rates.

1. In the Element window, create two elements, one for employee contributions and the other for employer contributions.
