INV_REPLENISH_DETAIL_PUB.line_details_pub returning success but no records in mtl_material_transacti

Hi,

I am trying to allocate move order using INV_REPLENISH_DETAIL_PUB.line_details_pub. API is returning success but mtl_material_transactions_temp is not getting populated.

onhand is available to transact for that particular item in the inventory organization. This is happening only for move orders belonging to some inventory organizations.

I have tried the same API for some other inventory org, it is working fine.

Please suggest why the API is returning success without allocating in few cases.
