503 Self Identification of Disability Update (USA only) - ***PRP posted - see comments for details**

The OFFCP just posted the revised 503 form - self-identification of disability for employees and applicants.  They made significate changes (new verbiage and disabilities)
– see new form below.  The new form goes into effect August 4, 2020.  I do not have a targeted posting date (just posted today) - I will update the knowledge space when I have more information to share.  You can also contact me (Julie.alonso@oracle.com) to receive email updates from me directly.
