Journal email notification is not having Ledger and journal details

Hi Team,

Our business client is looking for the below changes in Journal approval email notification:

1. Include the ledger details in the Subject line

2. Include the journal line details in the body line.

Standard notification doesn't carry the ledger details and even we have checked on the customizing this but we don't see then workflow is having the field to track for Ledger and journal details

Is there anyone has came across this requirement and provided the solution for the same.

Please provide your suggestions on this requirement.
