Notification on when supplier change value on UDA

Hi All,

we have requirement if the supplier updates the information on UDA internal user need to notified and take action. 

Example:  Client maintain insurance information on UDA and once supplier updates the insurance information it should be notified to internal team.  Is it possible to achieve the functionality?  I noticed even fire on UDA, will events send notification to needed users for the change?
