Where do we define security.db measures in the configuration tool

Hi,

I was wondering where exactly we define security.db measures say for example prodsecurityusr measures is being defined in the configuration tool. I wanted to do some automation to give template rights and user access through a small script to export the measure and load it.

I wanted to understand base intx, aggregation and spread of the measure. I can do it using printMeasure but wanted to have more understanding if these measures can be modified through the configuration tool.

Using printMeasure we see user dimension in base intx, where do we define this user hierarchy?
