Script to upload reports and data model files into BIP Standalone installation

We have a BIP standalone installation (12.2.1.3.0) installed on a development and live server (we're migrating from Oracle Reports which are being de-supported).

For our release process we will download the data model and reports from the catalog on our development server to create and .xdoz and .xdmz file.

We will need to upload these files using a script to the live BIP installation.

We cannot use the BIP catalog upload functionality as we will be releasing the files to remote customer sites.

The BIP standalone version doesn't seem to come with the utility script BIPCatalogUtil.sh in version 12c and the Oracle Document id  seems to state that we cannot use the utility with a standalone version
