Xstore 15.0.X artifacts.zip is missing the cst_template_15.0.X.zip custom overlay template

Hi there,

Xstore 15.0.X artifacts.zip is missing the cst_template_15.0.X.zip custom overlay template needed to set up SVN repository.

I have looked all over. I have all the base artifacts downloaded 15.0.0 - 15.0.3. I cannot find a template overlay anywhere. Not in software delivery, not in MOS. Please advise.
