Tools/automation for Siebel IP 16 Component parameters extraction and comparison with IP 19

Hi All,

we are in process of Upgarde from Siebel IP 16 to IP 19.12 on windows environment and looking for capturing existing Siebel IP 16 Component parameters.

Is there any tool or automation through which we can spool all existing Component parameter in excel format and also later once upgrade gets completr to comapare the comp params between IP16 and  IP 19.

Also my understanding cfgmerge will not work as in IP19 we no more have siebns.dat.

Please suggest for the same.
