Approve Requisition has time delay on the action history status from "Pending" to "Approved"

Hi all,

    in R12.2.7, did you experienced the strange behavior of requisition that clicked the "Approve" button and the status in action history takes one day long to be changed from "Pending" to "Approved" ?
