Create Service Lines using Modifier

Hi,

I have package created with Order API to create the service lines in sales Order.

However I want to enable to add these lines automatically using a Modifier.

I have defined the qualifier with the necessary conditions. Now I am stuck with setting up modifier. I am not sure how to call PL/SQL package and how to setup a modifier which will create a new service line. Can any one help me to setup a modifier to achieve this? Any ideas or approach?
