Unable to use Copy from Existing Item in PIM Release 12.1.3

Hi,

I am searching for specific troubleshooting steps to identify the problem while trying to create a new item using Copy from Existing item in the create item page.

The error system gives is: "Internal Server Error" after about 10 mins after clicking on Finish.

This is happening for a select item and not across the instance.
