Database RU shown in GI lsinventory but not in RDBMS lsinventory

Hello,

I've setup a VM in which I installed GI (just for ASM) and the RDBMS product, both 19c (19.3) version. I decided to apply the latest RU and I found that the system patch 30899722 for GI update included patch 30869156 which is "DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE 19.7.0.0.0".

The patch 30899722 was successfully applied using opatchauto, and as grid I can see the list of applied patches:

And connecting through sql*plus to the ASM instance shows the RU number in the banner's version (19.7):

But connected as oracle I can't see patch 30869156, nor the "upgraded" sql*plus banner:

Since I applied "DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE 19.7.0.0.0", shouldn't I see 19.7 in the banner? Why isn't the patch shown connected as the oracle user?
