CONUS Load - Not Updating EX_LOC_AMT_DTL

Hey all,

Wondering if anyone has had this issue. I have followed the Oracle Docs (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=571932136874890&id=659361.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-s…  for loading a CONUS file into PeopleSoft. As far as I know, everything is configured correctly on the system side including all of the mapping.

When I run the Inbound File Publish, the process finds the CONUSNM.TXT file successfully and kicks off the Integration Broker messaging. The CONUS_DATA queue - CONUS_LOAD service operations show as done and I am able to verify that the XML has the conus data inside. However, the location amount table is not being populated.
