Resource drill down details

User requirement is of resource drill down details. For example, A machine AL-120 is manufactured. For it components required are C1, C2, C3, C4. To manufacture C1,C2,C3,C4 sub components are required, like this it goes on. Now user wants a report of resource details from top final assembly to bottom manufactured sub components. As in WIP there is no linkages of jobs from bottom manufactured components to top final assembly. How can a report be designed to achieve the requirement.
