SQL*Net more data from client wait event(Network) Causes db slowness

Hi,

SQL*Net more data from client wait event(Network) Causes db slowness. This has been started since April 10 however we don't have any evidence to confirm it's a Network issue.

N/W team is telling no issues from their end. Why it's suddenly coming in high number even yesterday around 10 to 11 am network spike was found in OEM.

As per oracle meta link document these type of wait event is just informal not db issue. Please advise how to fix it.
