SOA MAA = EDG + APDR implementation Query!!

Hi ,

I'm looking for SOA MAA = EDG + APDR implementation as per the below pdf.

As per slide 8, where SOA is being run as extended cluster or separate cluster and connecting to primary database.

I’ve 2 queries.

  1. Is Primary and DR SOA servers (which are part of separate domains) allowed to connect to same primary DB
  2. If above understanding is not correct , how to interpret APDR architecture diagram.

Note: I'm not looking for stretched/extended cluster.

Also, it looks  more similar to oracle supported WLS MAA solution as per below doc. in both the cases the site2 domain is connecting to primary DB as per the Arch diagram.
