pin_refund utility as pin_mta after BRM patchset upgrade to PS22

Hi,

Recently we have moved from BRM7.5PS7 to BRM7.5PS22 and I have noticed one thing that earlier in PS7 whenever pin_refund utility was executed its logs were captured in pin_billd.pinlog file but now after BRM upgrade to PS22 its logs are getting captured in pin_mta.pinlog file.

Why is it so? Is this due to patchset upgrade that is leading to this behaviour?
