Apply Siebel Patch IP20.4, PostDB utility got failed in Linux Server

Hi Team,

Try to apply Patch 20.4 on Working Upgraded Siebel Environment, patch applied successfully however PostDB Utility gets failed.

Environment details :

OS : Linux 7.6

Siebel Version : IP20.1

DB : 12C

Error Message from Post DB log files:

Error in running SeedSchemaManifest Upgrade

Return Code from SeedSchemaManifest : Failed

SeedSchemaManifest Execution Failed and WSRanking Execution is not applicable.

Exiting the program with return code : 5

As per master_upgrep_prod_81111.ucf file:

ODBC Data Source = DEV_82_DSN

Data Source = DEV_82_DSN

Try execute siebdevcli uitlity and PostDB directly still same issue/error.

Please share your suggestion or thoughts to overcome this error.
