Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello All

Please help to provide a SQL Query which can give me - Budget, Encumbrance, Actual and Funds Available against a given Code Combination.

I tried multiple ways but not able to consider the Encumbrance Amount. Any help would be appreciated
