19c installation user - windows

Installing 19c SE2 on Windwos 2012.

Will later upgrade current 12.1.0.2 SE2 database.

My only admin connection to the server is vis Windows Remote Desktop, using a domain account.

In the past I have always installed using Windows Built-In Account.  In fact, my notes from the 12.1 installation say:

NOTE: Oracle Database Installation Guide (E41490-11), p. 6-14, Table 6-1, “Specify Oracle Home User” states, “Starting with Oracle Database 12c, Oracle recommends that you use Windows Built-In Account or specify a standard Windows User Account.”

Now, with 19c, when I make that selection:

And this time the installation guide, under 'Creating Oracle Home User', states
