How to raise orders for job Control Solution Cartridge in OSM 7.3.5

Hi Team,

We are using latest 7.3.5.16 version OSM.There is new feature avaliable in OSM for 7.3.5 which is JOB control solution where we can retry or suspend or resume bulk orders.

can you please let me know step by step procedure on how to use this functionality to retry orders for static processes flows.
