ORACLE 19.7 -- MMON_SLAVE Generates Excessive Amount of Trace Files

We have just upgraded three databases to 19.7.

We are getting an excessive amount of trace files from MMON_SLAVE.

Many are created every few minutes.

This is part of the content of a typical trace.

*********** START A RUN OF [Intensive Autotask Dispatcher] ***********

*********** END RUN ***********

It looks like a log on verbose.

There was a similar bug in 12c and it was supposed to be fixed in that version.

Other than deleting the traces, does anyone know of a fix or work around for this ?
