Does Oracle Payroll have seeded way to generate Positive Pay file for bank?

I would just like to verify that Oracle EBS R12 Payroll doesn't have a seeded way to generate a Positive Pay file to send to bank for payroll checks?

Seems like this question was asked but many years ago and never answered.

Just want to make sure that we would need a custom solution (like a System Extract or BIP) in order to accomplish this.  Would be curious what other people use?
