Downgrading database from higher version

Hi all,

We have recently upgraded  database 12.1.0.2 to 19.6. Compatability is also changed to 19.0  . However due to inevitable situations we  need to downgrade this database

Question

1. Can we downgrade the database from 19.6 to 12.2 (This is not the prior version ,prior version is 12.1.0.2 ).

Any thoughts.
