Two grid_home and Oracle_home, 12.2 and 19.2, two seperate DB on RAC

Existing:

Linux servers: OEL 7.6

RAC:     3 nodes

Database: 2 DBs

Database Version: 12.2

data: in ASM

We are planning to upgrade one of the two RAC databases from 12.2 to 19.2.

Right now, we have two 12.2. databases resides on 3 nodes RAC. One of the application that we run on 12.2 is not ready for upgrade and the other one is.

1. Is it possible to have to two separate GRID Home and ORACLE HOME, i.e. 12.2. and 19.2?

2. Will this cause any issue with cluster or ASM?

3. is there a good document  to follow to meet our need?
