eperformance Matrix returns no value

Hello,

I've setup the basic configuration required for eprformance and when i try to to build the administer cycle Load job got an error saying  that No value returned for matrix: UT_CMP_MATRIX-Employee ID: UT_CMP_MATRIX :0011. As a Manager i submitted performance document and status shows completed. what are the table names behind Searchkeys,Input and Output tabs in Matrix . please find attached the screenshots. Could you please let me know which tables i should query to validate whether employee is meeting Matrix criteria  or not. Please review the screenshots and advice.
