Revenue Hard Limit processing for expenditure items

Hi Experts,

Can you please help me with the below?

I am testing out the revenue hard limit processing for expenditure items in Vision Instance and couldn't understand how the system is calculating the accrued revenue for each expenditure item. Can anybody here kindly help me understand the accrued revenue calculation for the below scenario:

Hard Limit is enabled on Agreement

Agreement / Funding amount = 1000 USD (Funding at project level)

Potential Revenue ready to accrue is 1500 USD

Total Accrued Revenue is 1000 USD (equal to the Funding Amount)

Below is the screenshot of the expenditure items showing the accrued revenue:

Kindly help me understand how the Accrued Revenue is calculated for each individual expenditure item in the above screenshot.
