AR: Virtual Customer Bank Account concept for auto creation of customer receipt & set off
We are in process of transformation where Bank receipts from customers can be identified in through Bank statement using customer virtual account. When customer deposits the cash in the bank customer will specify virtual account info to bank which will be captured in the bank statement.
This information can be used for auto creation of receipt and auto bank reconciliation.
Can anyone suggest the best field which can be used in the customer master to enter virtual accounts or have similar process where the objective can be met.
