How to override COGS account for specific item

Dear All,

We are using oracle EBS 12.1.2; COST method is Lot cost. For business needs; OPM super user needs to change COGS account for a specific item. For example: COGS transaction will pick accounts from inventory other accounts window. Except for ITEMX.

Is it possible?

If yes How can we do that?
