Delivery Date preference (09)

Hello,

I'am using Delivery Date preference (09). The hierarchy is set up

The set up is by rout, for example for the rout 003, 2 transit days

When I create the SO and Sold to and Shp to is the same, does not calculate the preference

Why happens?
