JDeveloper Issue - I have added new parameters to Data dstructure D59TBVAT, however, when I am addin

I have added new parameters to Data dstructure D59TBVAT, however, when I am adding the same in business value object using J developer, the new parameters are not being displayed.

Also checked J Developer is working find on that machine.

To replicate the same issue, we have tried to test and other machine we are able to see the new fields in Data structure. Please find the attached print screen for your reference.
