Changing the term session starting and ending date for upcoming term when students are current enrol
Our college is discussing the possibility of changing the starting and the ending dates for the Fall 2020 term due to the COVID-19.
The college had already set these dates earlier this year and we begin early enrolling students in April. If the college does pursue this, they have a concerns on how this may impact the Campus Solutions system.
These are their questions that I am being ask:
- Can the master schedule be changed for fall 2020 without having to change all classes, attendance rosters, etc. by hand?
- Will students who are already enrolled have their schedule updated automatically, or would those have to be hand touched?
