URG: DEV: 12.2.7 - Unable to See 'Sign Contract' after the Repository Contract is approved.

In 12.2.7 , After the Repository Contract is Approved, 'Sign Contract' Status is not visible in Actions.

This happens on the Contracts which were Copied by using 'Duplicate Contract' in Actions.

Can you please suggest what is missing and why Sign Contract status is missing ?
