How to Change Contingent Worker Operating Unit and Supplier - PO Association

We are using Services Procurement and heavily using the Associate Purchase Order with Contingent Worker tab.

We have a requirement to change the contingent workers PO from : PO1 OU1 to PO2 OU2

We are not able to do this, the Associate Purchase Order with Contingent Worker will not allow the change after we've made sure:

1. HR Assignment Org  is correct

2. HR Assignment Legal entity is correct

3. Hr Assignment SUpplier has been updated

Any thoughts?
